At VMS quality is a priority.
- All rebuilds are taken down to the bare frames, steam cleaned and inspected.
- All hinge and pivot areas are replaced with new pins and bushings throughout.
- New flooring and wear strips AR - CCO
- New shafts, sprockets, bearings and seals
- New track pads, new conveyor chain & flights
- Final drives and idlers / new tram boxes
- New conduit and wiring / all electrical boxes and lids machined for correct tolerances.
- All wiring is labeled and printed.
- New hydraulic pumps, valve blocks and hyd hoses
- Hyd tanks are flushed and pressure tested /new filters and strainers
We at VMS work closely with MSHA to insure a reliable and legal rebuild.
